These Payment Terms outline how payments are structured for projects and services provided by Recoile. By engaging with us, you agree to the following billing practices and conditions.
To begin any project, a non-refundable deposit of 50%–60% is required. This upfront commitment secures your project timeline and covers initial planning, infrastructure setup, and development preparation.
Projects involving infrastructure, integrations, or higher technical complexity may require a 60% upfront payment.
Depending on the project scope, payments may be structured in one of the following ways:
• Fixed Scope: Remaining balance is paid upon completion or divided into agreed milestones.
• Milestone-Based: Payments are split across key project phases (e.g., design, development, deployment).
• Ongoing / Retainer: After the initial deposit, billing may continue on a monthly basis.
The exact structure will be agreed upon before the project begins.
All source code, files, and deliverables remain under our control until full payment has been completed.
Clients will receive full access, ownership, and transfer of deliverables only after the project has been fully paid.
We may provide previews, staging environments, or demonstrations during development, but production-ready assets and code access are restricted until final payment.
Delays in payment may result in paused development, delayed delivery, or restricted access to project materials.
We reserve the right to reschedule timelines if payments are not made according to the agreed terms.
Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced, as they cover time, resources, and reserved availability.
Partial refunds may be considered only if explicitly agreed upon under specific conditions.
We aim to provide flexible payment options that align with your project needs while ensuring fair and sustainable collaboration.
By proceeding with a project, you acknowledge and agree to these payment terms.
