Our Terms of Service explain how we work with clients and developers. Whether you’re hiring us to build a website or web application, or using a tool or framework we provide, these guidelines help ensure everyone knows their rights, responsibilities, and expectations.
When you hire us to build a digital product, we focus on delivering what’s agreed in the project scope, timeline, and milestones.
• Your Role: Provide content, assets, and feedback on time; respond promptly to questions and approvals; ensure any materials you give us are legally allowed to be used.
• Our Role: Build your product according to agreed specifications, provide updates, and deliver a working solution that meets quality standards.
• Ownership: You own the final product upon full payment. We retain ownership of any pre-existing tools, code libraries, or reusable components.
• Changes & Revisions: Feedback is key! Minor revisions are included, but major changes outside the original scope may require extra time or cost.
If you’re a developer using our tools, libraries, or frameworks:
• License: We grant you permission to use the tools according to the license specified (open source, proprietary, or otherwise).
• Responsibility: You’re responsible for how you implement the tools, including integration, security, and compliance in your own projects.
• Updates & Support: Tools may receive updates, bug fixes, or new features. We aim to provide documentation and guidance, but usage is at your discretion.
• Liability: We cannot guarantee that the tools will fit every use case perfectly. Any issues or losses arising from their use are your responsibility.
• Clients: Payments follow the agreed schedule. Late payments may delay project delivery.
• Developers: Some tools may be free, others may require subscription or license fees. Usage is limited to the terms described.
• General: We strive to provide functional, secure, and reliable solutions. However, no software is completely error-free. Liability is limited as outlined in the agreement or license.
Either party may terminate a project under the agreed conditions.
Tool licenses may be revoked if terms are violated.
Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of our services or tools implies acceptance of new terms.
These Terms are here to create clarity, trust, and smooth collaboration. Whether you’re a client or a developer, you’ll know what to expect, what’s expected of you, and how to work with us safely and efficiently.
